Swan Lake | Victorian State Ballet

Due to the current Severe Weather and Cyclone Watch issued for the Darwin region by the Bureau of Meteorology, Victorian State Ballet's Swan Lake will no longer be able to proceed as planned and has been rescheduled to Friday 6 and Saturday 7 February, 2026.

Swan Lake is one of the world’s most famous ballets set to the timeless score by Tchaikovsky.

With a cast of internationally recognised artists, the Victorian State Ballet will bring the superb ballet technique of Petipa’s original choreography to life through its re-staging by director Michelle Sierra.

From the unforgettable White Swan pas de deux, the thrilling 32 fouettés of the Black Swan and the world-famous Act II - Four Cygnets’ Dance, Swan Lake is a spectacular sight of a beautiful sea of white tutus that is unforgettable, and a production not to be missed.
